• The Business Analyst (Customer & Marketing Analytics) professional is an expert who knows how the business works as well as how the value is created in business.

  (S)he must be an innovator who can see where and how within their business the most opportunity lies for driving value, and bring about competitive advantage.

  (S)he should be able to work between the technical and business teams that design and implement analytics-based solutions and help optimize their effectiveness.

  (S)he must be able to build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organisation and has a reputation of getting things done.

  Data Analysis and Execution:

  • Collaborate Marketing teams across the globe to create an appropriate measurement strategy for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensures quality and timeliness of the deliverables.
  • Understands and adopts new techniques and technologies that are relevant.

  • Demonstrates problem solving.
  • Build trusting collaborative relationships with Stakeholder.
  • Accurately represents the stakeholder’s point of view when reviewing work, ultimately focused on doing the best work for the business.

  Our Requirements:

  • BE/B-tech, Master’s degree (preferably related to marketing or data).
  • Expert in T-SQL, Stored Procedure, RDBMS, Data Analytics, Customer Analytics, Campaign Analytics, advance excel.
  • Advance analytics, Python, Predictive analytics, Customer life cycle analytics, predictive analytics.
  • Data analysis, insights, report and dashboard creation.
  • Superior knowledge of some of the named tools for analyzing marketing data and customer data (Power BI, Salesforce, Marketo, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Standard Business Data Flow/Process Flow like, marketing, sales, supply-chain.
  • Ability to work in a team, and effective communication skills.

  Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify key performance metrics and build exec-facing dashboards to track progress of our marketing campaign performance.
  • Regular communication with global marketing team to understand data requirement and build strong relationship.
  • Support with data and analytics requirement to understand improved customer performance, CLM(Customer Life cycle management), Active Customer base analysis.
  • SQL query optimization: write complex query, performance tuning of existing query and stored procedure.
  • Create report and dashboard in excel, Power BI to achieve automation and self-serve capabilities for data and analytics business requirements.
  • Marketing campaign data requirement, pre and post campaign analysis.
  • Use Advanced analytics tools and concepts like Python, R, Predictive Modeling. Customer Churn Prediction, Customer Potential Modeling.
