Day in the Life of a Microsoft 365 Engineer

  • Configure and manage Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.

  • Develop and implement Intune policies for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Intune-related issues and provide support to end-users.

  • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists.

  • Manage user permissions and ensure proper access controls are in place.

  • Develop and implement SharePoint workflows and custom solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity.

  • Administer and support other Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.

  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Microsoft 365 services.

  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on Microsoft 365 applications.

  • Implement and manage security policies and compliance settings within Microsoft 365.

  • Conduct regular security audits and ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Generate reports on system performance, usage, and compliance.

 Education and Experience Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder

  • 3-6+ years of proven in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, with a strong understanding of cloud technologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, including configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in SharePoint administration and customization.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and their integration.
