The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for work closely with Branch Managers and Regional Managers of the bank and Distribution to Build good relationship with Bank Partner to ensure the business running well.

Nice To Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.

  • 2 – 3 years’ sales experiences in banking/financial industry.

  • Good English and Khmer languages.

  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet & Email-Outlook).

  • Good personality, commitment, self-driven and self-motivation.

  • Good presentation, leadership, networking, reporting, and influencing skills.

  • Good sale team leading skill.

On The Job You Will

  • Supervise and support Insurance Specialist to ensure their area sales target is achieved.

  • Provide a regular specific training to branch staffs about product knowledge, referring techniques, motivation, etc.

  • Conduct a regular meeting with each branch to update a sales performance and campaign tracking and to seek solutions for optimizing the sales

  • Negotiate with bank partner to implement strategy and activity planning

  • Analyze sales indicator in each province to provide strategy and solution

  • Build a strong relationship with branch staffs, especially branch manager and supervisor level in a branch.

  • Adopt Partnership Department’s culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to internal environment

  • Undertake relevant training and personal development course as mapped by HR Department
