In this role you will do the following:
Design, develop and implement test hardware and software for production testing of new products. Evaluate deadlines, goals and develop project schedules.
Design, develops, and implement solutions to improve test yields, reduce over all Test time, provide for test capacity increases, minimize downtime, and optimize test/process flows. This includes implementing new processes and technologies, utilizing statistical tools, and developing innovations to existing problems and issues.
Analyze and critiques equipment designs/processes relative to market requirements, manufacturability, costs and technical requirements.
Identify technical and quality problems, determines alternatives and evaluates them to arrive at the most acceptable approach including conformity to specifications, reliability, cost effectiveness, testability and reparability.
Identify need for, assesses and/or develops technical/process specification standards and participates in establishing the procedures to ensure they are followed.
Prepare and present technical reports to influence the decision making process. Provide technical information and participates as a speaker in technical programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with NI Teststand and NI Labview
Basic RF knowledge
Familiarity with test systems Hardware and Software architecture
Able to work with minimum supervision
Familiarity with Python, C & C++
Currently, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with a graduation date on or after December 2025
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
