City drivers: We have full time city driving job openings for Class A drivers. As a city driver, in addition to operating a tractor/trailer and delivering merchandise to stores, you will be essential in freight flow by managing the processing, movement and maintaining the records for freight. City drivers are home every day and earn $26.70 per hour.

The hourly wage range for this position is $27.20-$30.70*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications:Interstate (Class A) Commercial Drivers License with Hazmat endorsement (including cleared background check) OR will obtain HAZMAT endorsement (with cleared background check) within 120 calendar days of date of hire. Minimum of 30 months experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 3 years'. No more than 2 moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years'. No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years'. No convictions for a DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol/drugs within the last 10 years'. No preventable accidents* while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years'. (*The preventability of any accidents will bedetermined by Walmart based on the ATA Guidelines.) No preventable* DOT recordable accidents (collisions resulting in disabling damage and/or immediate medical treatment away from the scene) while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 10 years'. No preventable accident* resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury in driving history (commercial motor vehicle).
