Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with tech and go-to-market recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes for key qualifications and skills.
• Maintain an organized database of potential candidates and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• Engage with passive candidates to build a pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and effectively communicate the company’s values and culture.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics to identify areas of improvement and success.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in sourcing within technology or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of current sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
