The opportunity:

Looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Manager - Digital Platforms to lead a team focused on the implementation, adoption and optimization of our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and E-commerce platforms, primarily leveraging Salesforce & SAP to improve the accuracy, efficiency of sales team, drive digital transformation and enhance customer experience.
This role involves statergical skills and operational skills to define the road map with management team and delivering results with operational team implementing Agile methodology.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of platform specialists and product owners, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of CPQ platforms, configurator and E-commerce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Close collaboration and regular connect with all the global stakeholder.

  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into technical specifications for platform enhancements.

  • Ensure the seamless integration of CPQ and E-commerce platforms with other enterprise systems.

  • Monitor platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and user experience.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to CPQ, E-commerce, and Salesforce to drive continuous innovation.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Coordinate cross‑team dependencies for Configurator, PowerShop, and ACE system integrations.

  • Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support the professional development of team members.

  •   Will be responsible for driving Agile ways of working across cross‑functional teams, enabling smooth implementation, sprint delivery, and continuous improvement of digital sales tools.

  • The candidate must collaborate with global stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to establish and mature Scrum processes aligned with the strategic roadmap of platform implementations. 

  • Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective, monitor sprint prgress. 

  • Act as the primary process coach between Product Owners, development teams, SMEs, and global stakeholders. 

  • Ensure a clearly defined and prioritized product backlog aligned with platform roadmaps & Support Product Owners in creating meaningful user stories, sprint goals, and release plans. 

  • Proactively plan and hire the resources as required by units and also lead the efforts for onboarding and training till new resource is operational.

  • Active Particiation in continuous improvement activities and QMS.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (optional), Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in managing and leading technical teams, preferably in a platform-focused / CPQ lead role.

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead in software implementation projects with strong exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. 

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems, including design, implementation, and administration.

  • Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms and their architecture.

  • Expertise in Salesforce, configurator, SAP         and E-commerce.

  • Demonstrated experience with Product Configurators.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salesforce, CPQ certifications are highly desirable.
