JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose

This role is responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with the efficient operation of office activities. This role involves supporting senior analysts, managing documentation, and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of administrative activities, including filing, document preparation, and data management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Support administrative projects by gathering information, preparing reports, and tracking progress.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Meticulous in maintaining documentation and following procedures.

Education

Associate’s degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
