Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data & Analytics Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, translating business objectives into actionable, data driven strategies across owned channels (web and email). You will design and implement these strategies while leveraging analytics to drive measurable business impact.
A key element of the role is supporting lead generation initiatives from an analytics perspective—ensuring accurate tracking, meaningful reporting, and helping clients understand and monetize the impact of their marketing and lead gen activities.
You will be part of a cross functional team, where your consultative approach and ability to translate complex data into clear, tangible, and actionable insights will be essential for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Advisory
Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable data strategies, roadmaps, and measurable success frameworks.
Provide strategic guidance on ownedchannel performance, user behavior, and conversion optimization.
Lead Generation & Measurement
Support and strengthen clients’ leadgeneration efforts through analytics—ensuring robust data foundations, meaningful KPIs, and actionable insights.
Help clients measure, attribute, and monetize the effectiveness of their marketing, CRM, and leadgen initiatives.
Solution Design & Delivery
Design and implement tailored data and analytics solutions based on client needs and business objectives.
Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations that improve performance and support decisionmaking across marketing and customer experience.
Collaboration
Work as part of a crossfunctional team, collaborating closely with specialists across Merkle and dentsu to deliver integrated solutions spanning analytics, content, CX, and technology.
Industry Expertise
Stay current on trends in digital analytics, marketing technology, data privacy, and customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Data & Analytics Consultant or in a similar analytics-focused role.
Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and Google Analytics.
Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
Proficiency in SQL or similar languages.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to translate client business and marketing strategies into actionable data strategies.
Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
