Provide valuable support to Team Leaders and Relationship Managers by assisting with the management of daily transactions for branch customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling troubleshooting or complex tasks with sensitivity and professionalism to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with operation departments to ensure all relevant information and checks are obtained, supporting them in resolving any queries that arise during business activities.
Prepare initial documentation related to new credit facilities and bookings, assisting Relationship Managers in delivering seamless service to clients.
Manage day-to-day business transactions including booking short-term loans, processing remittances, handling deposits, and facilitating foreign exchange operations.
Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by your supervisor or department head, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges as they arise.
Ensure thorough KYC checks are carried out and that there are no unresolved issues, helping mitigate risk for the bank through diligent compliance practices.
Develop recommendations for continuous improvement within the department and actively support their implementation to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide clerical support for staff including maintaining credit files in an organised manner, contributing to smooth administrative operations.
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
Degree qualified
Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients while addressing their needs effectively.
Strong communication abilities that enable you to work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
Proven track record of dealing effectively with customer enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses that reflect positively on the organisation.
Solid understanding of local financial regulations which ensures your work aligns with industry standards and legal requirements.
Familiarity with banking products and services so you can provide informed support across a range of transactions.
