Obstetrics & Gynecology Academic SpecialistAmbulatory care and inpatient care.
Provide attendance and presentation at student, resident and fellowship teaching conferences.
Complete 4-week blocks rotating in clinical care, research, and electives to support fellowship learning.
Participate in the Academic Excellence Development Program through faculty affairs.
Learn core educational techniques, work with educational specialists in the department to provide didactic, case-based learning and simulation to the Ob/Gyn residents and medical students.
Develop competence in operative delivery, complicated vaginal repair including 3rd and 4th degree lacerations and technically difficult surgical procedures.
Serve as the practicing attending and be responsible for the direction and training of the residents and medical student.

Required Qualifications
Certifications: Applicants should be board-eligible or board-certified Ob/Gyn physicians or have completed an Ob/Gyn Residency by the start of the fellowship and be eligible for Kansas medical license.
