About the role:
The Associate Director, Marketing, is a pivotal role within our business, working within a cross functional team, you will use your marketing expertise and project leadership skills to help shape our commercial strategies, including our annual brand planning process. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will work in close partnership with fellow core brand team members, and colleagues in Sales and Medical, to ensure the success of the portfolio, acting as Lead when the Business Unit Director is not available.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Strategic stakeholder engagement (including, but not limited to):
Proven launch experience
Lead the adaption of global commercial materials including; sales materials, patient materials, training materials, HCP education modules & omnichannel activities Lead the local brand team in pre & post launch planning covering; forecasting, demand planning, program development & partnering with key stakeholders including medical, market access, public & government affairs, and when appropriate sales. Identifying, developing & partnering with clinicians to make a meaningful difference to the lives of patients. Development of field based selling plans inclusive of; target list development, key account identification, SPL planning, targets & incentive builds. Access program experience.
