Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst (P3) to join the Global Patriot team within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area. This rapidly growing business area will generate over $4B in sales in 2026.

This position is in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment with an emphasis on skills in forecasting, data analysis, and leadership communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and forecasting financial metrics (bookings, sales, profit, cash, NBI, Overhead, and Staffing).

This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (combination of onsite and remote work) and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be done at the Tewksbury, MA location. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with the program business managers and analysts to manage the forecast/close process, balance sheet, cash collection, and other ad-hoc FP&A needs

  • Drive collaboration with the program team to develop and support financial forecasting (current year forecast, annual operating plan, and long-range planning), and risks & opportunities

  • Maintain coordination with program leadership and factory management for unit delivery plans, keeping these tied to key financial forecasting metrics (sales and receipts)

  • Support Ad-hoc requests as required

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field & a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience

  • Experience with desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office suite (Excel, Power Point and/or Word)

  • Experience with SAP, APEX/PRISM or a similar tools

  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting and/or variance analysis

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
