Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and implementing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and meet established objectives. Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to navigate the complexities of global collaboration and deliver successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery and timelines.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project schedules.
- Experience in utilizing project tracking and reporting tools to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Ability to analyze project metrics and generate actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and conflict resolution to maintain alignment and project focus.
- Competence in adapting project plans to evolving requirements within a dynamic delivery environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
