As part of a unique, passionate and highly skilled Blue HR Operations team, you are the bridge of communication and administrative support for contingent labor with internal functional and business groups and our 3rd party Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner. You will maintain a high level of confidentiality, focus on continuous improvement opportunities all while delivering and providing excellent customer service. You will report to the to the Senior Program Manager – Contingent Workforce.
Responsibilities:
Support contingent labor onboarding, offboarding and background check processes while collaborating with Blue’s MSP
Function as a communication liaison; identify and share issues, concerns, and needs with leadership and other associates regarding potential enhancements to current contingent labor practices, policies and procedures
Suggest methods to update, simplify, or enhance processes, procedures, and technologies
Complete special projects and ad hoc analysis and duties as assigned by management
Assist in partnering with team members, leaders, and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to educate on processes and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency
Hands-on, team-centered orientation, and a collaborative approach to deep-dive problem solving
Transparent. Continuously seek and provide feedback
Ensure manager/employee inquiries are addressed.
Pull and prepare reports, conduct analysis and provide summary of data/information
Conduct data entry regularly in Workday, 3rd party VMS and other systems as needed
Partner with suppliers around the contingent labor workforce.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of Human Resources experience to include working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP) to support contingent labor processes
Experience with Workday
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office systems including Excel, human capital management systems, case management and knowledge management tools
Excellent decision making, critical thinking skills, communication across all levels, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build/foster strong trusting relationships, and develop solutions to achieve results
Ability to work in a rapid and complex changing work environment and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired:
Bachelors degree in business or human resources
Experience in the contingent labor space
Compensation Range for:
WA applicants is $85,770.00-$120,078.00Other site ranges may differ
