Role Overview

Smith & Nephew (S+N) is a large multinational Medical Technology organization with an extensive Enterprise Applications ecosystem to run end-to-end business operations. ERPs form the core of this ecosystem, and are tightly integrated with best-in-class systems such as Salesforce, Windchill, Ariba, Workday, Concur and many more. At S+N, SAP serves as our primary and strategic ERP platform, running 80% of our operations and revenue. In addition, we also use Microsoft AX and a few other localized ERP systems.

As part of our Enterprise Apps organization, we are seeking to onboard a technology leader to lead the Global Service Delivery of our ERP Landscape (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft AX). This role is responsible for end-to-end Service Delivery activities associated with all ERP platforms. We have also kicked off a major transformation program to modernize our ERP platforms in line with our long-term growth objectives. Therefore, this role is both strategic and pivotal, playing a key part in enabling Smith & Nephew's digital transformation and continued growth over the coming years.
 
The ERP Service Delivery Leader is responsible for strategic planning, execution and continuous improvement of ERP Service Delivery across S+N, ensuring performance meets global standards and service excellence benchmarks. The ERP Service Delivery Leader will report to Enterprise Apps Senior Director, and will collaborate closely with Business Leaders, Business Relationship Managers, Super Users and IT leaders.

• Deep experience in ERP service delivery, ideally within global SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments

• Strong leadership skills with experience developing high performing teams and managing vendor partners
