Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote all Global Markets’ products/services customers such as individuals, corporates and FIs
- Approach customers (individuals, corporates, FIs) via F2F or webinar by performing end to end process to close the deal.
- Be customer centric by working closely with relevant stakeholders to handhold all the transactions that required to perform in the system/branches to meet customers’ expectation.
- Maintain customers’ relationship by fully understand their needs; propose new solution and risk associated with cost-benefit analysis to Line Manager for decision making to maximize Global Markets’ P&L related to task/assignment.
- Maintain 100% accuracy to all sales tracking reports, proposals, deal booking.
- Fully participate/lead all the campaigns/initiatives that drive Global Markets’ P&L related to task/assignment.
- Monitor market/industrial updated on FX/funding to be able to reasonable relate that fresh news to meet customer’s expectation and propose the impact/competitor updates to Line Manager.
- Comply with all relevant guidelines/requirements governing the treasury markets, regulation, approved limit related to task/assignment.
- Perform limit for new and existing FIs’ customers.
- Supervise and oversee dealers/traders in performing the deal according to requested.
- Prepare/ submit required management reports in timely manner as needed.
- Assist Line Manager to work on the ad-hoc project or task assigned by CEO
Requirement:
Education/Qualification
- At least 4 year working experiences in FX/ ALM (“Asset and Liability Management”)
- Strong understanding of economics, particularly in emerging markets.
- Knowledge of the Asia region and business practice/ culture Demonstrated success in managing a fast-growing business in an emerging market
- Ability to work independently and think creatively to provide best financial solution to customers.
- Good knowledge of banking industry
- Good analytical skills and time management
- Self-motivated, self-starter, demonstrated initiative and a strong desire to improve processes.
- Good Leadership and motivation skills.
- Conscious of details and accuracy
- English is proficiency
