The Senior Radiology Account Manager is responsible for driving commercial success across Hungary’s most influential radiology customers, including key university hospitals, national reference centers, and large private diagnostic networks. This role leads strategic account planning, builds long-term partnerships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and delivers sustainable growth across the radiology portfolio.
The ideal candidate combines deep understanding of imaging workflows with strong business acumen and a proven track record in complex solution selling.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for top university hospitals and major private groups.
  • Identify customer needs across radiology pathways; translate these into tailored solutions, proposals, and value messaging.
  • Maintain full visibility of competitive dynamics within key accounts and proactively position the company for growth.

Commercial Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle across the radiology portfolio, from opportunity creation to negotiation and closing.
  • Manage tender processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams—including clinical specialists, service managers, modality experts—to deliver compelling customer solutions.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with radiology department heads, hospital leadership, procurement, and clinical influencers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on technology trends, workflow optimization, and best practices.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify emerging opportunities in the Hungarian imaging landscape, including private sector growth, outpatient centers, and technology refresh cycles.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to drive demand-generation activities, site visits, and demonstrations.

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner closely with regional modality leaders, service organization, finance, and operations to ensure forecasting accuracy, deal quality, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to regional strategic initiatives and share market insights to support planning.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Proven track of record in medical device, radiology, imaging equipment, or complex B2B solution selling.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, strategic healthcare accounts.
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows and procurement processes in Hungary.
  • Fluent Hungarian and strong English communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Hungary (approx. 50–70%).

Preferred

  • Experience in CT/MRI/Advanced Imaging sales.
  • Background working with university hospitals or national-level healthcare institutions.
  • Knowledge of healthcare tendering and public procurement law.
  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations and lead cross-functional teams.
