What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results.
Role Description:
• Oversee multiple eDetail projects of marketing material development for various markets
• Lead daily communications very effectively with markets and their corresponding agencies
• Track multiple eDetail projects concurrently & ensure all projects are on schedule
• Proactively highlight risks/issues to client, Production Director, especially risks associated w.r.t any project missing a deadline
• Maintain a detailed view of projects & publish daily, weekly & monthly dashboards of all projects handled
• Prioritize projects and clearly understand the context of various individual tasks
What are we looking for? •Experience, Education & Skills Required:
• A graduate. Qualification in Project Management or Equivalent
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience working/managing production projects
• Should be willing to relocate to Mumbai
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Strong, demonstrated program / project management skills to manage multiple projects, develop detailed project plan, coordinate issues across multiple projects and produce key project deliverables
- Accurately and professionally document delivery of services
- Ensure quality of deliverables across a portfolio of projects
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with many individuals across all levels in the organization
• Ability to work independently and determine the appropriate priority; manage third party resources as necessary for project, pilot and innovation work
• Is choiceful and able to work through multiple competing priorities to identify those that are key to business/organizational success
• Continuously be focused on delivering results
• Excellent written & Oral communication skills
• The role may require you to have a good understanding of digital marketing, email marketing and technologies like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Veeva Promo

Roles and Responsibilities: Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
• Assist Production Director with delivering key projects/initiatives on timely basis
• Partner with local agencies and ensure timely delivery of project
• Participate/Facilitate status meetings with relevant stakeholders
• Identify training needs based on process changes & update all documentation in a timely manner
• Manage project status reporting
• Maintain and publish issue logs with documented effort to indicate timely closure/mitigation of issues/risks
• Create effective, insightful & ‘key messaging delivery’ presentations
•In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
• Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
