Schedule Details/Additional Information:

  • Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Days: Monday – Friday
  • Weekends: Saturdays as needed

Pay Range

$18.85 - $28.30

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform DEXA (bone density) scans in accordance with established protocols
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Prepare patients for exams and provide clear instructions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working directly with patients
  • Support efficient daily workflow within the imaging department

Education/Experience Required:

  • High School Graduate.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Good interpersonal skills Good communication skills Good interpersonal skills Knowledge of computers
  • CPR Certification


Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • May be exposed to radiation; hazardous materials & life threatening diseases. Ability to lift and/or move patients, heavy lifting according to DOL standards. Ability to work rotating shifts any day of the week, including weekends. This position will need to recognize needs and behaviors of a variety of age groups of patients treated, normal patterns of adolescent behavior and look for signs of normal aging: prior experience with various age groups is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. For patient lifts of over 35 pounds, or when patient is unable to assist with the lift, patient handling equipment is expected to be used, with at least one other associate, when available. Unique patient lifting/movement situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
