Summary: As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the product delivery and maintain its integrity throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve managing processes, resources, and technologies to enhance efficiency and ensure a seamless flow of operations. You will collaborate with various teams and individuals from development to implementation, ensuring that cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets are consistently met. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence in product management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an Technical expert on Salesforce platform. - Provide optimum, scalable solution as Technical Architect that meets business requirements and fits into larger enterprise architecture landscape. - Drive technical solution and design for major projects/enhancements -Drive design decision after evaluating options, prepare HLDs, review LLDs. - Identify opportunities for automation and innovation in the client context and drive adoption of the same. - Provide support on RFP, estimation and solutioning on new deals - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary. - Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - Strong technical expertise on Apex, Triggers, Sync-Async processes, Integrations – Rest and SOAP, LWC, Flows and other customizations skills. - Strong understanding of system integration and data management strategies. - Experience with Salesforce development and Deployment tools and methodologies. - Ability to design scalable and efficient technical solutions. - Familiarity with Agile project management practices. - Should have Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect Certifications. - Good to have skills on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, AI Skills like Agentforce. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 14 years of experience in Salesforce and 5 years as Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Magarpatta, Pune office. - A 15 year full time education is required.
