Summary:
As an Infrastructure Monitoring Practitioner, you will engage in the critical task of overseeing event monitoring for both system-generated and manually identified events. Your typical day will involve analyzing various events, ensuring that all incidents are logged accurately, and collaborating with team members to address any issues that arise. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the monitoring systems and ensuring that all events are handled efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall performance of the infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring strategies to enhance system performance.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring tools and techniques.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Familiarity with event logging and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and generate reports.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
