Senior Workforce Planning Analyst

CommBank’s Chief Operations Office (COO) is looking for a Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to join our Strategy and Risk (S&R) strategic workforce team.
The Strategy and Risk (S&R) team within COO contributes to the strategy by providing leadership and governance on the COO’s strategic agenda, ensuring the health of all the programs in our portfolio, managing strategic workforce planning, as well as giving operational support to our customer-facing business counter parts. The Strategic Workforce Planning team is responsible for long- and short-term forecasting, scheduling, real-time support, WFM system maintenance and Future Workforce.
The Role
The Senior Workforce Planning Analyst analyses large data sets to identify trends and provide insights that guide business strategy. This role prepares and maintains workforce plans and forecasts, develops and implements workforce initiatives, and supports the COO’s objectives to ensure the bank operates efficiently.
You will work with the Operational Leadership team to execute resource plans that meet customer and service needs, coordinating with SWP teams and Operations Leaders to modify plans as needed.
