WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As part of the EMEA Jordan Digital Commerce organization, you will partner closely with Digital Business teams, as well as Digital Marketing and Digital Operations, You will also connect with global Jordan key partners. Furthermore; as part of the larger Nike organization, you will remain a close partnership with key Nike partners such as Moments & Initiatives and Analytics team mates.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In this role, you will focus on putting the Jordan consumer at the center of everything we do and help create best in class consumer journeys across our key digital destinations. Your goal will be to optimize digital user experiences making it easier for consumers to browse, decide, and purchase, while also ensuring Brand priorities and values are clearly communicated.
The ideal candidate is proactive, can manage complexity and change in a fast-paced environment. You should also enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Prior experience in e-commerce preferred
Understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including how to optimize online shopping experiences and improve conversion.
Cross-functional collaboration: You have experience working across diverse teams and can effectively communicate data insights and business actions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data-driven decision making: You are comfortable interpreting complex data and using it to inform decisions that enhance user experiences and drive growth.
Project management: You have the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution for seasonal stories and campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Own parts of the Jordan distinct experience on key platforms and manage seasonal programming and concepting of key consumer opportunities.
Auditing the consumer experience on Jordan’s digital platforms, analyzing key data (e.g., click-path, traffic, conversion rates), identifying user experience (UX) opportunities, and implementing changes to improve conversion. This includes: site merchandising, navigation, onsite Search, linking strategy, product walls and Product Detail Pages
In Interpreting data from multiple sources (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau) to identify trends and actionable insights, ensuring those insights are translated into tangible business decisions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to implement digital initiatives and deliver key seasonal campaigns
Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless, data-driven execution of digital campaigns and ongoing platform improvements.
Presenting insights, updating playbooks, and sharing best practices across teams to ensure continuous improvement in digital experiences.
