What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to customer locations.

• Perform pre‑trip, on‑route, and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant staff to ensure efficient delivery.

• Maintain the truck, including cleaning the drum and exterior, in accordance with company standards.

• Uphold all safety protocols and contribute to a strong safety culture.

• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in diverse and changing conditions.

• Strong focus on safety, communication, and teamwork.

• Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working outdoors.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
