What you will do

The candidate will join our Remote Monitoring Service Center based in Hong Kong.  He/she will handle customer inbound enquiries related to our Building Management System daily operation.

How you will do it

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints to ensure effective and timely resolution
  • Monitor and operate the BMS panel and escalate unresolved technical to engineering team
  • Assist daily administrative works and keep log of enquiries and complaints with actions be taken
  • Conduct telephone survey with external customers to collect feedback / data for business improvement
  • Overnight shift duty is required

What we look for

Required

  • DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year work experience, preferably in Call Centre or Customer Service
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated and service-oriented
  • Rotating shift on Sunday and public Holiday [12 hours/day and 44 hours per week]
  • On-the-job training will provide

Preferred

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
  • Familiar with MS office application
  • Customer-focused with positive attitude
