What you will do 

This position will be responsible for the packaging and providing invoices to customers who require a complete billing packet, consisting of reports and certified payroll to ensure timely payment.

Coordinates invoice packaging across our fire and HVAC domains. Assesses team performance and adjust as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.

  

How you will do it   

  • Compile a list of customers to monitor accounts daily to ensure invoices are sent out consistently and in a timely manner.
  • Handling invoice packaging from creation to delivery to the customer via email/mail.
  • Managing customer requests for backup.
  • Maintaining customer relationships by assisting with invoice disputes and resolutions.
  • Assisting the billing team at month end to ensure all revenue is captured and billed.

  

What we look for 

Required   

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of customer service 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Strong Microsoft Office Products    

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $24.04-37.02 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market
