Summary: As a Sales Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering the sales plan and growing the sales team. You will collaborate with leadership teams and CALs within your CG, MU, Market, or Services to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Planning & Forecasting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Sales Talent Management. - Strong understanding of sales analytics and forecasting techniques. - Ability to develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of successful sales management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Sales Planning & Forecasting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
