Job Summary
Join our global team and lead the IT transformation of our supply chain planning processes.
We are looking for a Senior IT manager who will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of our supply chain planning solutions, including Forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization and available to promise. You will work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to align the IT strategy with the business goals and deliver innovative and scalable solutions. You will also manage a team of IT professionals across different regions and ensure the quality, performance, and security of our systems and data.
Define and execute the IT roadmap for supply chain planning, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and priorities.
Lead the implementation of SAP IBP as the core platform for supply chain planning, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to testing and deployment.
Manage the integration of SAP IBP with other systems and applications, such as SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, and related third-party tools.
Oversee the maintenance, support, and enhancement of the existing supply chain planning systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners, acting as a trusted advisor and a key point of contact for IT-related matters.
Monitor and report on the IT performance, risks, and issues, and ensure compliance with the IT policies, standards, and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex IT projects, preferably in the supply chain planning domain.
Extensive experience with SAP IBP, including configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.
Strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, SAP BW, and other SAP modules and applications related to supply chain planning.
Experience with other supply chain planning tools and technologies, such as Kinaxis, Oracle, O9, or Anaplan.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
