As a Part Time Barista at Black Rifle Coffee Company will you contribute to our success by providing world-class service to our customers. Responsibilities include providing our customers with quality products, efficient service, and maintaining a clean and organized store, all while displaying a courteous service attitude. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills, the ability to perform multiple tasks at any given time, and the desire to embrace the Black Rifle Coffee culture.
This role is perfect for someone who’s enjoys being hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Maintain focus on our mission and purpose, ensuring success for the company, store, and individuals.
Deliver high-quality beverages, retail items, and food products, adhering to all health, safety, and recipe standards.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully operational, promptly reporting any maintenance needs.
Proactively anticipate the needs of both customers and the store based on cues and environment.
Communicate productively with team members and management, assist with training new team members, and contribute to a positive team environment and culture.
Act with radical transparency, integrity, and commitment, embodying the culture and mission of Black Rifle Coffee Company.
Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and health and safety regulations.
Celebrate team and individual achievements, reinforcing store morale and our culture.
Always maintain a calm demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ years of experience in a customer service environment preferred
Previous experience as a barista or server is desirable
Willingness to learn new and innovative coffee techniques and equipment
Attention to detail
Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
