Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Education Solutions Team is a leadership position focused on driving success in the education technology sector. The role involves building and maintaining effective channel partner relationships, fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and contributing to organizational growth through strategic partnership development and innovation. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator-trainer who understands how technological innovation, particularly Samsung Interactive Display technology, enhances student success through effective engagement and implementation.

  • Lead and manage a team of Professional Development Consultants in the Education vertical, responsible for presenting Samsung's interactive display hardware and software ecosystem through live and virtual demonstrations.
  • Design, create, and execute a Professional Development strategy for education end users.
  • Lead pre-sales technical solution and professional development teams.
  • Build long-term education relationships to secure future hardware and software sales through effective technical and professional development support.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop education-specific communications, support events and shows, and coordinate proof-of-concept (POC) and demo programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of teaching experience in a classroom and a teaching certification.
  • Google Certified Trainer preferred.
  • Prior experience leading a team with solid knowledge of interactive display hardware and software solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead an organization, develop long-term growth strategies, and exceed annual targets.
  • Strong understanding of education pedagogy and technology requirements, with demonstrated success in delivering high-quality professional development.
  • Strong technology acumen and experience in training and lesson development.
  • Ability to build relationships with key district and higher education institutions.
  • Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the sales team.
  • Creative, high-energy individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Travel approximately 50%
