What You Will Do:
Recruit, build, and lead high performance engineering teams.

Act as the technical SME on three or more software and/or cloud infrastructure applications.

Enable engineers to deliver value-added solutions to business stakeholder.

Partner with product owners, project managers, and executive stakeholders to shape team roadmaps.

What You Will Need:
Experience leading high performance teams.

Full stack development experience: this role requires a leader who understands how to ship an application end-to-end.

Robust working knowledge of one of: HCL, Golang, Typescript

Robust working knowledge of one of: Azure, AWS

Requires robust technical knowledge on policies and procedures
Displays deep project management knowledge
Requires a University Degree and minimum 8-10 years of prior relevant experience; some roles may require graduate-level education Master’s or Doctorate degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)

What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience working in Platform Engineering teams.

Experience designing high availability systems.

CNCF professional certifications (CKA or CKAD)
