JR61781 Malaysia University Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible on university program strategy planning and execution in Malaysia that will include:

• University outreach expansion
• Key account & partner management
• Differentiated engagement and hiring programs for interns and fresh graduates
• Identify initiatives on future talent development
• Brand elevation and program marketing
• Technology and process optimization
• Collect intern requirements from the business
• Recruit, hire, onboard and convert top intern talent and develop keep-warm plans to ensure continuous engagement with intern and convert to become Graduate hire
• Independent to lead discussion and conversation primarily with university, external and internal collaborators
• Deliver talk representing company at university and college
• Provide subject matter and geographical expertise
• Develop and maintain relations with key University partners
• Partner with HR and Business collaborators to align and deliver graduate and internship hiring
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Global University Program community to understand current and future workforce requirements
• Participate in the global recruiting community on standard methodologies for university relations
• Provide data, metrics and reporting to multiple partners to ensure return of value and investment of efforts spent on university engagement building

Requirement:

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record of 5 to 6 years in university engagement and relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability and proficiency in leading intern and graduate program for organization as brand awareness and hiring pipeline strategy.
• Good knowledge in university talent landscape, general talent acquisition process and system familiarization.
• Strong internal and external collaborator management proficiency, especially with external collaborators from universities, polytechnic, colleges, and sometime with government/government-link companies.
• Able to work independently and with team occasionally on driving certain program
• Can be on traveling mode most of the time as and when required.
