The Global Wholesale Team, which sits within the Vonage Carrier Management Team, is responsible for our global SMS wholesale business. Managing our aggregator and partner relationships, the team supports one of the fastest-growing CPaaS companies in the market through procurement and driving volume and revenue growth in key markets. The team works closely with our regional Carrier, Operations and Enterprise sales teams to develop and implement regional strategic plans.
As a high-growth team, expansion is needed to ensure continued success. We seek to recruit an experienced Wholesale “Global Messaging” Account Manager to manage our wholesale customers. This is critical in supporting Vonage’s SMS growth taking ownership of the development and strategy of our global wholesale business. This role will align with our Carrier, Sales, and Operations teams, coordinating market intelligence and developing regional procurement strategy to ensure we have a market-leading cost base and quality of service.
