Overview
This role is responsible for developing and executing the Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) ​channel strategy for client engagement and events. The ideal candidate is client-obsessed, entrepreneurial, and able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. They will build strong client relationships, manage complex initiatives, and create impactful experiences that drive growth and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual RIA Channel event and engagement strategy in partnership with leadership.

  • Manage co-marketing budgets and prioritize high-impact opportunities.

  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Plan and oversee territory events, conferences, and loyalty initiatives.

  • Drive executive-level connectivity between the firm and top clients.

  • Maintain timelines, best practices, and reporting for all events and initiatives.

  • Lead business problem diagnosis, research, and analysis; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and thought leadership materials.

  • Monitor industry trends and advise leadership on competitive insights.

  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

  • Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.

  • Collaborative and skilled in stakeholder management.

  • Highly organized with ability to manage complexity.

  • Strategic thinker who sees the big picture while executing details.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales, client strategy, or event management.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
