Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide financial expertise to your assigned organization. Each day, you will compile and analyze various relevant metrics, identify trends and problems, and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve financial performance of a specific business.

This role is reporting to: Marketing & Sales Controller

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Performing analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast
• Performing closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions.
• Participates in Internal Controls testing and maintaining relevant documentation
• Support in Tax, WHT & VAT activities
• Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exception. Active participation in business process / functions review, assisting in target setting, & strategic planning & analyzing performance of various segments/functions and presenting financial dashboards for business review
• Coordination & communication with business & GBS stake holders

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough / detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills. Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial software, especially SAP

Qualifications for the Role

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with Minimum 15 years working experience in automation environment.
• Experience in robotics would be an added advantage.
• Good command of English and strong communication.
• Resourceful, team player, result-oriented person who possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation skills.
