Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various systems to enhance delivery speed and ensure high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and implementing key performance indicators to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and facilitating the resolution of defects to maintain product excellence and reliability.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely resolution of issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices in quality engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
