Job Description:

  • Proven experience in roadmap management, enterprise architecture or business architecture, and this within the network infrastructure. Expertise of Extrahop, SevOne, & 1000eys plus.
  • Design and delivery of global strategic roadmap for network performance.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on OPS.
  • Carry out regular performance benchmarking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and initiatives, from inception to delivery, within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks and issues.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
  • Carry out regular performance benchmarking.
  • Develop distributor standards and performance compliance and measurements (Data insight, Audit).
  • Identify, evaluate, and propose new Network hardware opportunities.
  • Refine the onboarding process, including development, distribution and documentation of process, procedures, legal documents, and business management.
  • Maintain network legal compliance and ensure policies are up to date and adhered to.

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree and / or product certificate
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • 3+ years Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification and project management experience considered an asset
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience operating in scaled agile delivery considered an asset
