PURPOSE OF JOB/POSITION
This role aims to make a difference in public health and promote vaccine prevention in the private
market. It is driven by challenges, achievements, and the application of innovative and highly effective
strategies to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Responsible for developing the private vaccine market (from demand generation to sales management and client payments).
· Position Takeda as the best option for preventing dengue complications.
· Develop the commercial strategy for vaccine clients under management.
· Design and implement account plans focused on increasing zone performance.
· Coordinate training activities aimed at multidisciplinary teams (Doctors, Nurses, etc.).
· Participate proactively in all the activities defined according to the position and role, within the
framework of the SG-SST Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Experience & Education:
· Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
· Experience in the Vaccines unit is a must.
· Basic English proficiency.
· Knowledge and usage of CRMs and/or Office suite.
· Effective communication skills for engaging with distributors, clients, and vaccination centers.
· 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies.
