Job Summary

The Sales Support Executive plays a key role in supporting the sales engineering team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, internal departments and factories. This position helps improve sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales engineering team

  • Prepare support in administering eLog system

  • Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems

  • Handle sales team inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze sales data

  • Liaise with internal departments (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer service (preferred)

  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

  • Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
