We are looking for a Salesforce Training Associate to join our team and help us deliver high-quality training programs and content to our clients and employees. Your duties will include gaining an understanding of business processes to aid associate Q&A and creating, developing, and leading training sessions on a worldwide Salesforce application, as well as its associated systems' products and capabilities. You will be a resource for sharing best practices and tips for using the platform(s) effectively. You will also provide support and feedback to learners and track their progress and performance.
