What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs. Own end-to-end hiring delivery for the assigned portfolio – sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding – against agreed glidepaths, TAT, cost, and quality benchmarks. Lead a multi-layered team of Team Leads, Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Admin Associates across sourcing, screening, and scheduling pods; own hiring, capacity planning, span management, and shrinkage. Define sourcing strategy across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors / RPOs, and passive channels; drive source mix, cost per hire, and pipeline health for critical roles. Govern interview scheduling and coordination operations – SLA adherence, panel readiness, candidate experience, and feedback loops across HR, technical, and leadership rounds.
Talent Acquisition - End to End involves managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes identifying job needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. The goal is to efficiently fill positions with the best talent. Responsibilities also include onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This role is crucial for building a strong and effective workforce. Run weekly / monthly WBRs and MBRs with business, HR, and leadership; publish dashboards on TAT, offer-to-join, source mix, quality of hire, and pipeline health. Own vendor and RPO governance – SLA management, commercial reviews, quality of profiles, and issue resolution. Own compliance and audit readiness – hiring policies, data privacy, background verification, and internal / external audit findings and closures.
Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps. Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders on workforce planning, demand forecasting, role scorecards, and prioritization of critical requisitions. • Drive people management outcomes – goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, career development, engagement, and attrition control for the pod.
Drive process excellence, standardization, and automation
What are we looking for? Proven track record of leading end-to-end TA delivery operations for a GCC, MNC, or shared-services organization at scale.
Strong people management experience – leading multi-layered teams (Team Leads, Analysts, Associates) across sourcing, screening, and scheduling pods. Deep expertise across the recruitment lifecycle – sourcing strategy, screening quality, offer management, and onboarding. Hands-on experience with ATS / HRMS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo) including reporting, workflows, and audit modules. Experience of running interview scheduling and coordination operations at volume, with SLA-driven candidate experience. Experience of governing vendors and RPOs – SLA governance, commercial reviews, and quality management. Strong stakeholder management skills to engage senior hiring managers, HRBPs, and business / client leadership with confidence.
Ability to run WBRs / MBRs, build leadership dashboards, and present insights in a crisp, data-driven manner.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for dashboards, glidepaths, capacity models, and leadership decks.
Delivery mindset with proven ownership of SLAs, hiring KPIs, cost per hire, quality of hire, and TAT commitments.
Experience of driving process excellence, standardization, and automation across TA workflows (RPA, AI screening, chatbots is a plus).
Advanced proficiency in the English language to draft leadership updates, executive summaries, and client / business communications.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset to handle complex hiring, capacity, and delivery challenges with minimal supervision.
Sound awareness of local labour laws, hiring compliance, BGV protocols, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDP Act).
