Summary: Note: Resources are required only for Bangalore, Chennai, and Pune locations, as the client operates exclusively from these locations. As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the application development team in designing and building software solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development with a minimum of 4 years hands on working in .Net Core and Angular or .Net Core + React JS. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in front-end and back-end development using .Net technologies. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment processes. Additional Information: - This position is based at our Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. .NET Core, Angular, C#. NET, Entity Farmwork, LINQ - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with database management systems and data modeling. - Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. - Ability to implement best practices in software development and design patterns. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
