What you’ll be doing?

We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Sabre's largest and most strategic travel management clients (TMC) in the region. As a strategic partner, you will be the primary advocate for these clients, ensuring their success by deeply understanding their business challenges and aligning Sabre’s suite of travel technology solutions to meet their unique needs. This includes working closely with internal Sabre teams—such as sales, product management, technical support, and marketing—to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that address client needs while achieving business objectives. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to build and sustain long-term, profitable relationships, drive solution adoption, and secure renewals or expansions of current agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for global TMC accounts, ensuring their business needs are met through Sabre's solutions.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption and drive revenue growth within the assigned accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers at travel agencies to understand their business goals and position Sabre’s offerings accordingly.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with product and technical teams to offer tailored solutions that address the specific needs of TMCs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract renewals, pricing discussions, and negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues or concerns to ensure a high level of client retention.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align client goals with Sabre’s product roadmap, marketing initiatives, and support strategies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on account performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Diploma or Post-secondary qualifications.
  • 10+ years of experience in account management or business development, ideally within the travel technology or travel services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing global or key strategic accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel management, travel distribution (GDS) ecosystem and its key business drivers.
  • Experience in negotiating large-scale contracts and managing complex customer relationships.
  • Understanding of the role of technology in solving TMCs’ business problems.
