Core Responsibilities
- Oversee project management for software development projects, including documentation, requirements capture, and administrative management.
- Coordinate and manage comms between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and adherence to project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.- Promote and implement TDD practices across development teams.
- Develop and maintain full stack applications using React, Node.js, Python, and associated frameworks like Flask, Express, and FastAPI.
Skills and Technologies-
Strong background in software project management and administrative tasks.
- Understanding of React, Node, Python, and related web technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and general operations (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD)
- Proven project management skills in Agile environments.
Additional or Desirable Qualifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Likes to code and peer review
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering efficient, scalable software.
- Desire to keep up with industry trends and advancements in technology.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative development environment.
