WHAT IS CREATIVE BRAND SOLUTIONS (CBS)?

We develop creative solutions for partners/clients from conception to launch, using the content, properties, and franchises that permeate the WBD universe on TV, streaming, digital, movies, and games.

We combine creativity, strategy, and curatorship to bring projects of all types and sizes to life. By acting across the company and fostering strong relationships with talent, creative partners, and suppliers, we drive business and search for new non-traditional models and revenue sources.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The CBS Manager needs to be a good storyteller and able to capture the audience. He/she will be a project manager responsible for strategically developing and coordinating different branded content projects (short and long formats) from the brief until the content is delivered.

He/She will work on client briefings with internal teams (Content, Sales, Digital, Consumer Products, HBO Max, networks, Warner Games, Marketing, Strategic Plan, and Data & Insights), external vendors, and clients, making sure that all areas involved have a solid understanding of the project and will need to identify a clear process to meet the objective. This professional will need to be very good at controlling deadlines, interpreting data, and selling the proposal.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES:

1.Be responsible for working with Ad Sales executives in Miami and the International team to set the content sales strategy to achieve revenue goals, combining innovative concepts with creativity in different platforms;

2.Act as a conduit of creativity, innovation, information and process between Ad Sales and all internal departments

3.Co-lead fully pan regional 360 proposals across WBD, from concept development to presentation to clients and/or agencies, to orchestrating execution;

4.Develop strong client partner experience

5.Responsible for ensuring consistent and efficient execution of sold projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

Essential

1.Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Storytelling & Digital Production.

2.Above average skills in Product Management

3.Ability to build presentations / proposals in power point and Keynote

4.Broad knowledge and experience in multiplatform content (movies, series, snackable content, digital content, social media, TV, streaming)

5.Experience in production in collaboration with internal teams/structure and production houses.

6.Above average skills in verbal and written interpersonal communication in Spanish and English

7.Broad knowledge and experience in Latin American culture

8.Ability to Promotes and facilitates coordination and cooperation among peers (teamwork)

Desirable

1.Fluent in Portuguese

2.Above average skills in strong combination of data insights, strategy, and client partner experience
