Position summary:

This newly created role inside the People team of euNetworks is the Learning & Development Manager. This role will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives that support euNetworks' growth and development objectives. This position combines strategic planning with operational execution to create impactful learning solutions across the organisation which enhances both the performance and culture of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning (40%)

  • Develop and maintain the company's learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans
  • Design learning frameworks and curriculum that supports employee development across all levels and all territories
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future capability gaps and create solutions to address them
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of learning programmes and their impact on business performance
  • Create annual L&D budgets and manage resource allocation effectively

Operational Delivery (60%)

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, from needs assessment to evaluation
  • Manage the day-to-day operations, including programme scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor management
  • Design and deliver engaging training content using various methodologies (classroom, virtual, blended, self-paced)
  • Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop technical and role-specific training programmes
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed
  • Monitor completion rates and participant feedback to ensure quality and effectiveness

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • A proven track record (5+ years) in Learning and Development, with a focus on developing strategies that align with business goals.
  • You’re passionate about creating measurable impact and continuously tracking L&D outcomes that align with business success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to shape the learning agenda.
  • You embrace new learning trends and technologies, and are eager to bring innovative solutions to euNetworks.
  • Demonstrates exceptional ability to analyse data and develop practical, innovative solutions to learning challenges while measuring impact
  • Natural talent for reimagining traditional learning approaches into engaging, technology-enabled experiences that drive behavioral change
