Your New Role.

Your role will contribute to the creation and continual advancement of our engineering practices.

• Involved in the entire software delivery lifecycle, from design through build and documentation, to run and support of the solutions in production.
• Perform code reviews and estimates for new functionality as well as driving improvements in team’s development practices.
• Collaborate with other team members and different project stakeholders in order to ensure the success of the deliverable.
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of the team.
• Ensure that the solutions are developed within agreed budgets and time frames and adhere to the company’s security and quality standards
• Provide and/or contribute to estimates in an agile environment
• Actively involved in all agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, retrospectives, planning & Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts and functional/product consultants and SMEs in functional and engineering practices

Complete all assigned work within expected timeframes and also maintaining a highlevel of quality.

Mentor other less experienced team members by offering guidance and technicalleadership for complex issues.

Experience in designing solutions.

Experience in implementing ETL processes specifically DBT with Jinja, and automated Unit Tests

Hands-on experience with Data Models, DB Performance tuning in PostgreSQL

Experience in Kafka/MQ

Experience in Cloud (Azure)

Degree or tertiary education in technology.

Cloud certification, including working experience, beneficial

• Minimum 8 years of development experience in an agile environment.
• Experience in implementing ETL processes specifically DBT with Jinja, and automated Unit Tests
• Hands-on experience with Data Models, DB Performance tuning in PostgreSQL
• Experience in Kafka/MQ
• Cloud (Azure)
• Shell/ Python Scripting
• Experience with GITHub, Artifactory, Flyway
• Ability to multi-task across small and large projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with specific attention to design and development.
• Working in a Scrum/ Agile environment
