Resumen del Rol
Buscamos un Desarrollador/a Cloud con experiencia multi‑nube (AWS, GCP o Azure) y bases sólidas en programación orientada a objetos, backend con Node.js y/o Python, y ciclo de vida MLOps para diseñar, construir y operar aplicaciones y servicios escalables. Este rol integrará arquitecturas nativas de nube, pipelines de CI/CD, prácticas de DevOps, y modelos de IA (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP) en entornos productivos.
Responsabilidades Principales
Arquitectura y Desarrollo
- Diseñar e implementar microservicios y funciones serverless en AWS/GCP/Azure (multi‑nube) con buenas prácticas de seguridad, resiliencia y costo.
- Desarrollar APIs y servicios backend en Node.js y/o Python, siguiendo POO, principios SOLID y estándares de calidad (tests unitarios e integración).
- Construir pipelines de datos y de entrenamiento/inferencia para ML/DL, con empaquetado en contenedores (Docker) y orquestación en Kubernetes (GKE/EKS/AKS).
- Implementar inferencia en tiempo real y por lotes para modelos de ML, CNN/RNN/LSTM, Computer Vision y NLP.
MLOps & DevOps
- Diseñar e implementar CI/CD (build, test, deploy, canary/blue‑green, rollback) con Cloud Build/Deploy (GCP) o equivalentes en AWS/Azure.
- Automatizar infraestructura con IaC (Terraform / Cloud Deployment Manager / ARM/Bicep).
- Implementar observabilidad de extremo a extremo (logs, métricas, trazas) con Cloud Monitoring/Logging (o equivalentes) y tableros de SLO/SLI.
- Gestionar costos cloud (cost explorer, budgets/alerts) y optimización de recursos.
IA/ML (Profundización)
- Desarrollar modelos con scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch para casos de supervisado, no supervisado, CV y NLP.
- Integrar OpenCV/cv2 para pipelines de visión por computadora (pre/post‑procesamiento).
- Implementar feature stores, versionado de modelos/datos, y serving con escalado automático.
- Asegurar la gobernanza de modelos: reproducibilidad, monitoreo de drift, fairness y cumplimiento.
Agile / Scrum Master

Participar en ceremnias Scrum (planning, dailies, reviews, retros) y remover impedimentos.
- Gestionar backlog, métricas ágiles (velocity, lead time), y fomentar la entrega continua.

Backend y Lenguajes:
- Node.js y/o Python (indispensable), POO, patrones de diseño, REST/GraphQL.
- Testing (Jest/PyTest), linters/formatters, manejo de dependencias y environments.
IA/ML:
- ML supervisado/no supervisado (scikit‑learn).
- Deep Learning: CNN, RNN, LSTM con TensorFlow/Keras y/o PyTorch.
- Computer Vision: OpenCV/cv2, data augmentation, inferencia en tiempo real.
- NLP: spaCy, NLTK (deseable: Hugging Face Transformers).
- MLOps: versionado (DVC/MLflow/Git), artefactos, tracking, serving, monitoring.
DevOps / CI-CD / Infra:
- Docker, Kubernetes (ingress, HPA, probes, secrets, ConfigMaps).
- CI/CD: Cloud Build/Deploy (GCP) o equivalentes, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) deseable.
- IaC: Terraform (deseable: política como código con OPA/Conftest).
- Observabilidad: métricas, logs y trazas; alertas y tableros.
Seguridad y Cumplimiento:
- IAM/roles, secretos (Secret Manager/Parameter Store/Key Vault), escaneo de imágenes, cifrado en tránsito/repouso, políticas de red (VPC, firewall), cumplimiento básico (ej. ISO/PCI/PII según corresponda).

- Lic. o Ing. en Sistemas/Computación, Matemáticas, Física, o afín (o experiencia equivalente).
