We are looking for someone with: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in related role, preferably within agency setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Understand CRE (FM etc)

Nice to Haves: 

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

On the job you will: 

  • Monitors Marketing Office Performance to improve efficiency, reduce cost, improve agents’ productivity, and deliver best service to customer.
  • Prepares Marketing Office Steerco Deck to management and recommend actions for improvements on Steerco Meeting (every two months).
  • Review new GA Office location, overall layout, signage, reception office and Quantity of Billed to ensure the GA office are following Manulife Standard.
  • Assess and review office maintenance request from branches and collaborate with Budget Team for budget approval.
  • Collaborate with various departments on Office Opening, Relocation, Renovation and Closures. Including ensuring the new and/or relocation and/or Closure and other changes related to Office listed are updated in Manulife Public Website.
  • Responsible for assisting on OJK Report and request related to Marketing Office.
  • Ad Hoc: Assisting in audit process and other ad-hoc request/project.
